Forever Green Forest Products is a second generation family owned business located in the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have been in business since 1985. We harvest 8,000 square feet of white birch bark sheets annually, supplying Adirondack furniture makers and builders across America. In addition we provide a varriety of medicinal mushrooms, river rock, thick and thin beaver chewed sticks and logs, as well as drift wood.
Birch bark is a very delicate material. As such, we use care to peel, transport, and store our birch bark. This ensures we provide the highest quality furniture-grade bark sheets.
Ganoderma applanatum also known as the artist's bracket, artist's conk or bear bread mushroom is a bracket fungus with a cosmopolitan distribution. This fungus grows as a mycelium within the wood of living and dead trees.
